Thai alloy manufacturing company, a private wheel maker investing more than 1 billion baht ($ 29.4 million), can fully meet growing domestic and export demand.
Opened at the end of 2017 in Chonburi, east of Bangkok, the initial annual production capacity of the new plant will reach 600,000 aluminum alloy wheels.
The company currently exports 70% of its products to about 20 countries worldwide. It said it has received a large number of new orders from European customers and also hopes to benefit from a rebound in car production in its domestic market.
The company's sales grew at a rate of 15-20% per year, and then doubled after the plant was fully operational.
According to company officials, the new plant will be fully automated and will double its capacity to 1.2 million units a year when needed.
